Baker’s Floor and Surface recently completed a large flooring project for the Uber headquarters in San Francisco. To complete this extensive construction services project, we utilized two of our most popular services: Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Flooring. The finished result was both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
Concrete Polishing
The Uber headquarters looks much like a classy, hip, loft space. To enhance this theme, we used a high-gloss polish to create a modern and unique concrete surface. This flooring covers three floors and over 35,000 square feet of surface. The stunning polished floor compliments the dark wood, black leather sofas, and foliage that make up Uber’s main corporate space.

We installed a decorative urethane kitchen epoxy in the large kitchen area. This type of flooring is often used in commercial kitchens, places exposed to water, and rooms that hold heavy appliances or machinery. This plastic-like material is durable and thick, and creates a moisture barrier essential for spaces containing food and liquids.
